Early Bird Registration Fee: $370.00 through February 6, 2020

Regular Registration Fee: $420.00 through March 12, 2020

Late/On-Site Registration Fee: $470.00 begins March 13, 2020

Regional Coordinator Guests: $150.00

Refund Fee: $50.00 – Refund request deadline March 13, 2020.  Refunds must be made in writing with the Convention Refund Request Form available online.

The registration fee covers admission to International Officer Election Events, Educational Forums, all General Sessions, the Senior College Transfer Fair, the Marketplace, two meals (Friday Catalyst Luncheon and Saturday Farewell Celebration), and Hallmark Awards Gala. Advisors also receive admission to the Association of Chapter Advisors Meeting and Breakfast.

Events begin with the International Officer Election Events, Thursday at 1:00 pm and end with the Farewell Celebration that concludes on Saturday at 10:00 pm.

All registrants will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of registration.

When submitting registrations, the individual submitting registrations agrees with the Society’s Photographic Release for all persons registered. This allows Phi Theta Kappa’s audio visual and still photography professionals to film and photograph PTK Catalyst activities for on-site airing and future promotions.

PTK Catalyst is a weapon- and firearm-free event. All attendees must carry belongings in a clear bag, which will be provided as a part of registration. Learn more.

Phi Theta Kappa will provide reasonable accommodations for documented physical needs in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act.

All physical needs must be submitted using the Physical Needs Form.

Forms are due by March 18, 2020.

Phi Theta Kappa will provide reasonable accommodations for those with dietary needs. Dietary needs will be accommodated for the following reasons: documented medical need, religious need, certain preferences (Vegetarian, Vegan, etc.)

All dietary needs must be submitted using the Dietary Needs Form.

Once a registration is submitted, all cancellation policies apply. Cancellation fees are $50/registrant and will be processed via an invoice adjustment or deducted from a refund.
