The official convention venue is the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore Maryland, where all PTK Catalyst 2026 events will occur, unless otherwise noted.
Advisors/Regional Coordinators/Associate Regional Coordinators
- Advisors are required to sign into their Phi Theta Kappa account to start the registration process.
- Advisors can register themselves and/or their members by choosing the “Add Me” or “Add Group Member” buttons on the Attendee Selection page.
- You will need the name or email address to search the chapter roster for each intended registrant and select the “Add” button to start the registration process.
- If you’re unable to attend Catalyst but want to register your members and bill to the chapter, you can utilize this registration process to do so without having to register yourself.
- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, payments can be billed to your Chapter by an Advisor or Region by a Regional Coordinator/Associate Regional Coordinator.
- If your chapter isn’t allowed to bill to the chapter due to any outstanding balances, you will only be able to pay for your registration fees with the credit card payment option.
- A confirmation email will be sent to each registered attendee.

Members
- Your advisor will register you and other chapter attendees as a group. Do not register yourself individually.
- You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve been registered by your advisor.
- Contact your advisor using information from the Chapter Directory if you have any questions.
Individuals
- College presidents, administrators, alumni, former international officers, etc. will need a PTK account to complete their registration.
- If you do not currently have an account, you will need to create a guest account to start the registration process.
- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- A confirmation email will be sent to each registered attendee.

Have a Member/Officer Running For 2026-2027 International Office?
If one of your members/officers is an International Officer candidate, please do not register them for Catalyst when registering yourself and your other attendees. If your IO candidate moves forward to the Semifinal Election at Catalyst 2026, PTK will register them and cover their registration fee. If your IO candidate does not move past the Preliminary Election, PTK will register them at the Early Bird registration rate and charge it to your Chapter/Region. This is to streamline the administrative process and ensure candidates and attendees are properly registered. If you have additional questions, please email Events at events@ptk.org.
Modify Registrations
To modify your registration, click on the Manage Registration button in your confirmation email. It will take you through your registration pages where you can make any necessary changes. Modifications are made in real time and an updated in the system as you make them.
Substitute Registrations
If you need to substitute a registrant with a new attendee, you can select the Manage Registration button in your confirmation email. Your list of attendees will appear, and you can select the Substitute button next to the attendee you want to replace. This will allow you to put in information for the new attendee and complete their registration information and make the substitution.
Cancel Registrations
To cancel a registration, you can email the attendee’s first name, last name, and email address to events@ptk.org and we will make the cancellation for you. We recommend you transfer your registration to another attendee as registration fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. Selecting the Bill To option during the payment process constitutes a completed registration and is non-refundable. You can transfer a registration to a new attendee by selecting the Substitute button next to the attendee you wish to replace. If you have any questions, send an email to events@ptk.org.
Safety and Health
Phi Theta Kappa is committed to the safety and health of all PTK Catalyst 2026 attendees. In partnership with the Baltimore Convention Center, Phi Theta Kappa will adhere to all federal, state, and local authority guidance, as well as any venue/hotel regulations.
PTK Catalyst is a weapon and firearm-free event. All attendees must carry belongings in a clear bag, which will be provided as a part of registration. Complete details are located on the Safety and Health page.
When registering for PTK Catalyst 2026, each attendee is agreeing to responsibly monitor their personal health situation. Completing registration indicates that attendees will remove themselves from PTK Catalyst events if exhibiting any symptoms of illness.
Accessibility and Dietary Needs
Phi Theta Kappa is committed to providing equal access for all participants of PTK Catalyst. As part of the registration process, we include an opportunity for you to let us know of your accessibility and/or dietary needs. The deadline for notification of any accessibility or dietary needs is March 2, 2026. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please email us at events@ptk.org.
Photography/Audio/Video Recording/Interview Release
When submitting registrations, the individual submitting registrations agrees with PTK’s Photography/Audio/Video Recording/Interview Release noted in the event Terms and Conditions for all persons registered. This allows Phi Theta Kappa’s Photography/Audio/Video/Interview professionals to film and photograph PTK Catalyst activities for on-site airing, future promotions, research purposes, and other uses.
Name Badge
Your Catalyst name badge is your ticket to all General Sessions, Educational Forums, College Transfer Fairs, Opportunity Expo, and the Farewell Celebration. Security will check name badges at the door for all events. Replacement fee for a lost badge is $50.
