All reservations are managed by the Visit Baltimore Housing Bureau. Hotels will not have access to your reservation until March 10, 2026. Visit Baltimore will manage changes and cancellation to existing reservations up until March 18, 2026. After March 18, all reservation changes can be made by contacting your hotel directly.
Upon completion of the reservation process, a reservation acknowledgement will be emailed to you. Please save this as proof of your reservations. Confirmation emails will be sent by your hotel once all reservations are received from Visit Baltimore Housing after March 10, 2026.
Payment Information
A credit card and email address must be used to guarantee all room reservations. Credit cards are not charged in advance unless the room is cancelled after the hotel’s cancellation policy or the guest no-shows. Individual hotel cancellation policies are listed when booking and will also be listed on the acknowledgement received after you submit your reservations.
ADVANCED PAYMENT FOR GROUP HOUSING
If you wish to use a college credit card for advanced payment for group housing/multiple rooms, you should reach out to your hotel directly after March 10 to set up/inquire about advanced payment options and deadlines. The hotel will provide a secure link for a credit card authorization form to be completed.
