Charm City Circulator
Charm City Circulator is a free shuttle bus service designed to help individuals navigate Downtown, Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Federal Hill, and other popular neighborhoods.
The Charm City Circulator consists of five separate routes:
Banner Route: Inner Harbor to Fort McHenry
Cherry Route: Inner Harbor to Cherry Hill
Green Route: Johns Hopkins Hospital campus to North Avenue
Purple Route: 33rd Street to Federal Hill
Orange Route: Hollins Market to Harbor East

Know-Before-You-Go Travel Information
We are excited to welcome you to Catalyst! As you prepare for your trip, we want to share a few important reminders regarding travel and hotel check‑in:
Travel Delays
Airports continue to report delays and occasional cancellations related to the government shutdown and TSA staffing. If you are flying, please plan to arrive early to allow extra time for security and potential disruptions.
Hotel Check‑In
Hotel check‑in begins at 4:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive any time after that. While hotels will try to accommodate early arrivals, this is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed.
Arriving After 10:00 PM
If your arrival will be after 10:00 PM, please call your hotel and ask to speak with the front desk manager. Provide your guestroom names/confirmation numbers and an updated arrival time so your guestroom is not inadvertently released.
If you expect to be delayed past 12:00 midnight, please email us at catalyst.hotel@ptk.org so we can ensure your room is held. Please include the following information:
- Name
- The hotel you will be staying at during Catalyst 2026
- Hotel confirmation number
- New expected arrival date and time.

- Street Closures Around the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor | Thursday, March 26
- Attendees with reservations at the Hilton Baltimore arriving on Thursday, March 26, will encounter the following street closings:
- Camden St. from S. Paca St. to S. Howard St.
- Eutaw St. from W. Pratt St. to W. Camden St.
- If arriving via taxi, ride share, motor coach, or passenger you will be unable to pull into the Hilton drop off driveway. You will need to pull up on W. Pratt St. to drop off passengers to check in.
- If parking in the Hilton parking garage, go directly to the parking garage entrance on S. Paca St. and park then go through the parking garage to the front desk to check in.
- Attendees with reservations at the Hilton Baltimore arriving on Thursday, March 26, will encounter the following street closings:
